Welcome

2026 Election: Joe is Running for a Seat on the Hingham Municipal Light Board

The HMLP Board is responsible for approving new policies, fiscal year budgets, and changes to electric rates. Joe is running for a three-year term on the Board because he believes our community deserves reliable electric service delivered with environmental responsibility, excellent customer care, and fair, reasonable rates—today and into the future.

“As a candidate for the Hingham Municipal Light Board, my top priority is ensuring that our community receives reliable electricity, exceptional service, and fair rates—with a commitment to environmental responsibility, sustainability and long-term resilience. Our municipal light plant is more than just a utility; it’s a cornerstone of Hingham’s quality of life, economic vitality, and environmental stewardship. I am committed to serving on this Board to deliver on these principles with integrity, transparency, and a forward-thinking approach. I would be honored to serve Hingham and work to protect and strengthen our municipal electric system.
